IPMA is governed by IPMA Committee which is the main governing body. IPMA Committee sets goals and takes major policy decisions to steer the affairs of the association.
Besides the IPMA Committee, five high profile sub-committees take care of specific activities and programmes of the Association. These sub-committees are:
